South Africa's ANC says committed to coalition despite budget disagreement

In South Africa, the African National Congress (ANC) says it remains committed to its coalition with the Democratic Alliance (DA). Relations between the two parties had become shaky after the DA voted against the national budget passed last week. The DA challenged the vote in court before deciding whether or not to remain in what South Africans call the government of national unity.
